Enquiries and professional relationships

We process identification and contact details, organisation and information you provide to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and manage professional relationships. The basis is pre-contractual steps or a contract where you are a party; for company contacts, our legitimate interest in maintaining the professional relationship. Tax and accounting duties are based on legal obligations. Only provide information needed to handle your request.

Applications

Send applications to treball@events91.es. We process identity, contact details, education, experience and availability to assess applications and manage recruitment, based on pre-contractual steps. Do not send health details, photographs, marital status, information about children, religion, affiliations or other unnecessary information. If you need a reasonable adjustment, share only essential information through an appropriate channel.

Retention

Enquiries and professional records are kept as long as necessary for their purpose and then for applicable legal liability periods, with restricted retention where required. Applications are kept until the recruitment process closes. Only with separate, optional consent, withdrawable at any time, may they be kept for up to 12 months for future opportunities. Sending a CV does not imply that consent.

Browsing and security

The server records technical data such as IP address, date and time, request, response and browser information to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it. The basis is our legitimate interest in service security and availability. We do not use these records for advertising profiles. Technical logs on our web server are retained for 14 days through daily rotation. The public website backups we manage exclude these logs, emails, applications, credentials and internal management data. This does not determine retention in email systems or any provider backups.

Recipients and service providers

Authorised staff and hosting, email and management providers access data under the applicable safeguards. The corporate Corpus provides for Microsoft 365/SharePoint and Rentman. Data may be shared with authorities or other recipients where legally required or necessary for the service on a lawful basis. The website is hosted by Netcup in Nuremberg, Germany. Providers process data under the applicable contracts. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be subject to the safeguards required by data protection law. The website location alone does not establish that all corporate processing remains within the EU.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Identity is checked proportionately; an identity-document copy is not automatically required. We respond within one month, with a possible lawful two-month extension notified during the first month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We do not make decisions with legal effects on you based solely on automated processing through this website.

Website channels

Contact buttons open your email application; the website does not automatically submit forms or upload CVs. Catalogue data is served by our own server. We do not embed social media, advertising or analytics tools. External websites open when you follow their links and apply their own policies.
