Warehouse and logistics manager

€21,000–23,000 gross per year
At Events91, we are looking for someone to lead our audiovisual warehouse operations and logistics, progressively taking on responsibility. We seek a practical person with warehouse experience who can make decisions, lead warehouse staff and ensure equipment leaves complete, checked and on time.
What you will do
- Lead warehouse operations and validate transport feasibility with project managers (PMs).
- Record equipment receipts, locations, dispatches, returns and incidents in Rentman.
- Oversee the storage of company assets, identifying needs, incidents and improvements.
- Coordinate equipment preparation and transport for services with PMs.
- Report stock discrepancies to the workshop manager.
- Lead, organise and develop the warehouse team.
- Apply procedures and safety requirements; stop non-compliant equipment from being dispatched.
- Manage fleet maintenance, inspections and incidents; validate drivers and take unfit vehicles out of service.
Responsibility and reporting
- You will report to the COO.
- You will progressively assume the duties and authorisations of the role. External commitments and structural changes will require approval.

What you need
- Spoken and understood Catalan is essential.
- A valid driving licence and availability for occasional travel associated with the role.
- Experience in warehouse operations and leading teams.
- Proficiency with office software.
- A forklift operator certificate is an advantage, but not essential.
- Basic audiovisual knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
What we offer
- A standard permanent employment contract, with no remote working.
- Full-time hours (40 hours, under the applicable collective agreement): €21,000–23,000 gross per year.
- A probationary period of up to three months.
- An onboarding and internal training plan with progression goals.
- A review at the end of the probationary period.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour break excluded from working time.
